Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
All dues/cheques are non-refundable and non-transferable exercise and swimming costume or swimming suit for pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna.
Females should cover themselves properly in the parking area, walkways and other common areas.
Any sound equipment such as radio or CD/MP3 players are not allowed in the facility except with the use of headphones.
All personal belongings brought into the premises or in the locker are at owner’s risk.
Rights of entry at Shapes are reserved. Management can cancel any membership without assigning a reason.
All exercises, swimming and playing sessions are done on members’ or visitors’ own risk. Individuals should be aware of their own personal limits. The use of equipment and exercise may be strenuous. Exercise at your own level and pace. Shapes management will not be responsible for any compensation.
Members are advised to get the doctor’s clearance before starting any exercise program.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the gymnasium, steam and sauna facilities.
No allowance will be made in lieu of absence.
Members and guests are required to follow the parking traffic regulations. Parking in reserved, restricted or unmarked areas will result in the removal of the offenders’ cars at the expense of its registered owner. All vehicles parked inside the Shapes premises are at the owner’s risk.
Members are required to produce their membership cards to access Shapes Facilities. The loss of a membership card should be reported to the front desk immediately.
The Management shall have the right to close part of or all the facilities of Shapes due to repair, maintenance, expansion of facilities or special events without prior notice, and change the operating hours of the facilities.
The Management reserves the rights to amend charges without any notification.
Members’ guests are not allowed to use the facility.
Personal servants are not allowed to enter any of the facilities.
Any member willing to use other branches is required to pay their transfer charges.
No adjustment will be made at the time of transfer of membership and the management reserves the right to refuse any transfer without assigning a reason.
Members and their guests are expected to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any violations may subject the member to suspension, forfeiture or cancellation of his/her Membership with no claims to Shapes for refund or any compensation whatsoever.
Any complaint regarding the conduct of staff, members, guests or services should be reported directly to the Management.
All disputes to be decided by Shapes management and its decision will be final and binding on all the members.
Membership is valid till the lease period 2046 (for KHI only) and March 24, 2040 (for DHA only).
